Creative Workshop Facilitation
As part of my MA in Creative & Cultural Entrepreneurship at Goldsmiths, I conducted a practice-led study that investigated how a workshop can help participants better access their creativity.
I found that by integrating self-reflection and embodied making within a psychologically safe communal space, the workshops facilitated creative self-efficacy in emerging creatives, healing their relationship to both creativity and self. The results inform my continuing practice as a workshop facilitator.
See below for a summary of the study’s hypothesis, practice and findings (participants’ names anonymised).
I’m always looking for new collaborators and spaces that would benefit from this workshop, so please inquire if you’d like to work together!
